How to make
-
STEP 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
-
STEP 2 Combine brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, oats, baking soda and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
-
STEP 3 Spread dough evenly into ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
-
STEP 4 Spread ice cream evenly over cooled cookie. Freeze 1-2 hours or until firm.
-
STEP 5 Combine all hot fudge sauce ingredients in 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until butter and chips are melted and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
-
STEP 6 Cut cookie pizza into wedges. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over each serving; sprinkle with desired toppings.
Tip #1
Store any remaining hot fudge sauce in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave as needed.
