1/4 cup milk
1 (1/4-ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
2 cups (1 pint) Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Fresh raspberries, strawberries and/or blueberries
Pour milk into bowl; sprinkle with gelatin. Let stand 2 minutes or until gelatin is softened.
Place whipping cream and sugar in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
Add cream mixture to gelatin mixture; mix well. Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture evenly into six (6-ounce) ungreased ramekins or custard cups. Cover; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until firm.
Run knife around edges of each ramekin. Unmold onto individual serving plates; surround with fresh berries.
