Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) package
frozen baby vegetable blend*
3 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Light Butter
1 tablespoon
prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon
lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
 
*Substitute 1 (1-pound) package (5 cups) cut up fresh vegetables and 1/4 cup water.

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables in 2-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain. Add Light Butter with Canola Oil, horseradish and lemon juice.
  2. Cook over low heat until heated through (1 to 2 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
