Ingredients

1 (3- to 4-pound)
leg of lamb
2 tablespoons
finely chopped fresh garlic
2 teaspoons
dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place lamb, fat-side up, on rack in roasting pan.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients. Spread over lamb.
  4. Bake 60-90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F.
