1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 (12-ounce) package white baking chips
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt in bowl; set aside.
Beat sugar and butter in bowl until creamy. Add molasses and egg; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in white baking chips. Cover; refrigerate 20 minutes or until slightly firm.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in walnuts. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.
