1 3/4 pounds small new red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Light Butter melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
*Substitute 1 teaspoon dried dill weed.
Place potatoes and enough water to cover in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat 4- 6 minutes or until water comes to a full boil.
Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking 8-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain. Return potatoes to pan.
Add all remaining ingredients to potatoes; gently toss to coat.
