Ingredients

1 3/4 pounds
small new red potatoes, quartered
Water
1/4 cup
finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Light Butter, melted
1 tablespoon
chopped fresh dill*
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
 
*Substitute 1 teaspoon dried dill weed.

Directions

  1. Place potatoes and enough water to cover in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat until water comes to a full boil (4 to 6 minutes).
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking until potatoes are fork tender (8 to 12 minutes). Drain. Return potatoes to pan.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to potatoes; gently toss to coat.
