1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet real chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup English toffee bits
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine butter, brown suga,r and sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, and toffee bits.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes on cookie sheets;remove to cooling rack.
Cookies will look underbaked in center but will continue to brown while cooling.
