Ingredients

1 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
3/4 cup
firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup
sugar
2
large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 tablespoon
vanilla
2 1/4 cups
all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups)
semi-sweet real chocolate chips
3/4 cup
chopped pecans
2/3 cup
English toffee bits

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Combine butter, brown sugar and sugar in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1-2 minutes). Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed (1-2 minutes). Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until well mixed (1-2 minutes). Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and toffee bits by hand.
  3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.

Recipe Tips

Cookies will look underbaked in center but will continue to brown while cooling.
