2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 to 2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
4 (1/2 inch thick) rib pork chops
STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 2
Combine parsley, pepper, rosemary, garlic and onion powder in small bowl.
STEP 3
Brush both sides of pork chops with butter; rub parsley mixture into chops. Place pork chops onto grill. Cover; grill, turning once, 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F. and pork is desired doneness.
