Quick Creamy Fudge

No need to get out the saucepan or turn on the stove. This recipe uses one bowl and the microwave to make creamy smooth fudge.

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine butter, half & half, and chocolate chips in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring occasionally, 1-2 minutes or until butter and chocolate chips are melted.

  2. STEP 2

    Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Spread mixture into buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Cover; refrigerate 1-1 1/2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

Tip #1

- For easier cutting, line pan with aluminum foil leaving 1-inch overhang on ends. Butter foil. When fudge is set; lift fudge out of pan with foil overhang. Cut into squares.

Tip #2

- To give fudge as a gift, place in new baking pan and wrap with decorative paper or colored plastic food wrap.

I made this for a party although I don't have a microwave, I made it on the stove top in a pan, and It's probably the best fudge recipe I've ever made :) I also made some fluffy peanut butter frosting to go with it, AMAZE.
