1/2 cup light sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
1/4 cup thick and chunky hot salsa
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, chopped
Corn chips or tortilla chips
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Layer with black beans, green chiles and salsa. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with corn chips.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
