Summer Smoothie

This vitamin packed drink is created from summer’s ripe fruits.

Ingredients

Smoothie

1 1/2 cups low fat frozen peach yogurt

1 cup chopped fresh cantaloupe

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup peeled, chopped fresh mango

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half

Stir Ins

1 tablespoon any of the following, if desired:

Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Sweetened flaked cocount, toasted

Your favorite fruit, chopped

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all smoothie ingredients in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir in any one or more stir-ins, if desired. Serve smoothies with spoons.

Tip #1

- To toast coconut, spread coconut into single layer on ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.

Tip #2

- Create a smoothie ‘bar’ by placing stir-ins in small serving dishes. Make one smoothie recipe at a time. Serve in tall glasses with tall spoons, if desired. Let guests help themselves to the stir-ins of their choice.

Tip #3

- Use your favorite flavor of frozen yogurt.

Hello I made the smoothly . It's just great for me because I'm a dieabectic . I can't have this and that so every thing I eat has to be measured and limited amount of it . It's just great for type 2 dieabectic . It's taste just right. THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE VARIATION. KB
