1 cup cold Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Chill mixing bowl in refrigerator until ready to use.

  2. STEP 2

    Beat chilled whipping cream and sugar in chilled bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form.

  3. STEP 3

    Gently stir in vanilla. Use immediately or store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to use.

Tip #1

Keeps well in refrigerator up to 4 days. If mixture softens, re-whip to stiff peaks.

You can substitute powdered sugar for the granulated this recipe.
