Ingredients

6 tablespoons
mayonnaise
2 tablespoon
adobo sauce from chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce
8 slices
whole wheat bread, toasted
1/2 pound
thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast
8
thin slices tomato
Freshly ground black pepper
8 slices
crisply cooked bacon strips
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American

leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and adobo sauce in bowl. Evenly spread on 1 side of each toast slice.
  3. Layer 4 slices toast, spread-side up, with 1/4 turkey and 2 slices tomato each; sprinkle with black pepper. Top each with 2 slices bacon and 2 slices cheese.
  4. Place sandwiches onto ungreased baking sheet. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
  5. Top sandwiches with lettuce leaves and remaining toast slices, spread-side down.
