1 (1/4 cup) Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
6 (1-inch thick) slices French bread
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, if desired
Combine Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in bowl. Spread both sides of bread slices with cheese mixture. Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning, if desired.
Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place 3 prepared bread slices into skillet. Cook, turning once, 3-6 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
To use broiler, broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes on each side.
