1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, softened
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
6 (1 inch thick) slices French bread
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, if desired
STEP 1
Combine Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, cheese and garlic in bowl. Spread both sides of bread slices with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, if desired.
STEP 2
Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place 3 prepared bread slices into skillet. Cook, turning once, 3-6 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
STEP 3
Serve immediately.
To use broiler, broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
