Ingredients

Crust

1/4 cup
cold Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into pieces
3 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American
1 cup
all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon
salt
2 to 3 tablespoons
cold water

Filling

1 pound
lean ground beef
1 teaspoon
chili powder
1/4 teaspoon
ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1 (8-ounce) can
tomato sauce
7 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American

Toppings

1 1/2 cups
shredded lettuce
1 medium (1/2 cup)
tomato, seeded, chopped

Sour cream, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients except water in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. With processor running, add enough water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough forms a ball.
  3. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 12-inch circle. Place into ungreased 9-inch pie plate, pressing against bottom and sides. Trim crust to 1/2 inch from edge; crimp, if desired. Prick bottom of crust with fork. Bake 10-15 minutes or until crust is light golden brown and set.
  4. Cook ground beef in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes or until browned; drain. Add all remaining filling ingredients except cheese; mix well.
  5. Place 3 slices cheese onto bottom of baked crust. Top with meat mixture and remaining 4 slices cheese. Bake 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
