1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 pound lean ground beef

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg slightly beaten

1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American

4 white or wheat hamburger buns

Sliced pitted ripe black olives

Sour cream

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

  2. STEP 2

Combine all burger ingredients except cheese in bowl; mix well. Shape into 4 patties.

  3. STEP 3

Hi Kath, it depends on what kind of hamburger bun you are using. Every bun is different, and our nutrition was run on just one type of bun. If you check the nutrition facts on the buns you purchase, it should give you a better idea of the amount of carbohydrates. Hope this helps!
