Ingredients

whole wheat or other flavored bagels, cut in half, toasted
1/2 cup
herb-flavored cream cheese
4 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend
1 cup
alfalfa sprouts
4 (1/4-inch) slices
tomato
16 (1/8-inch) slices
cucumber
4 (1/8-inch) slices
red onion

Directions

  1. Spread bottom half of bagels with cream cheese.  Layer each with 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice tomato, 4 slices cucumber, and 1 slice red onion. Top with remaining bagel half.
