Sesame Soy Broccolini

Ingredients

1 pound broccolini, ends trimmed

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon black and white sesame seeds

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Bring 1/4 inch water to a boil in large skillet. Add broccolini; cover. Cook 8-10 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat; drain any remaining water. Add soy sauce, ginger root and 1 tablespoon Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt to pan; toss to coat broccolini.

  2. STEP 2

    Transfer to serving platter. Dollop with remaining 1 tablespoon Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crushed red pepper. Serve immediately. 

Tip #1

You can easily use baby broccoli for the broccolini. Both are readily available in most major grocery stores.
