Ingredients

Cookie

3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

3/4 cup sugar

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups all-purpose flour

Frosting

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

 

Assorted fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwifruit, peaches, mango and raspberries

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line 14-inch round pizza pan with parchment paper; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine 3/4 cup butter, sugar, egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and salt in bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add flour; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until dough is formed. Press dough evenly into 12-inch circle onto prepared pan. Bake 15-16 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract in medium bowl. Slowly add powdered sugar; beat until well combined. Spread over cooled cookie. Decorate as desired with fresh fruit.
