Learn How it Works...
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine butter, 1 cup sugar, egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and baking powder; beat at low speed until well mixed. Divide dough in half. Wrap each half in plastic food wrap; refrigerate 40 minutes or until slightly firm.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
Roll dough on lightly floured surface into 11x8-inch rectangle. Spread evenly with Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread. Roll the long way into tight spiral. Roll dough logs in rolling sugar to coat. Wrap dough tightly with plastic food wrap; refrigerate 1 hour.

Cut dough into 1/2-inch slices with sharp knife; place, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes or until set in center and light golden brown on bottom. Remove from oven; let cool 2 minutes before moving to cooling rack. Cool completely.
Tip: Slicing Dough
Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese in small bowl; mix until creamy. Add whipping cream, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and pinch salt. Mix until smooth. Drizzle cookies with glaze.
