1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 teaspoons yellow mustard


36 wonton wrappers, cut into 3-inch squares

1 pound lean ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup chopped dill pickles

1/2 cup milk

12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American


1 cup chopped lettuce

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.

  3. STEP 3

    Spray mini-muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely; remove from pan.

  4. STEP 4

    Cook ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Drain, if necessary.

  5. STEP 5

    Stir in pickles, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  6. STEP 6

    Spoon meat mixture evenly into each wonton cup. Top each with chopped lettuce, sauce and sesame seed. Serve immediately.
