2 pounds chicken wingettes and drummies

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

1 (11-ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

3 tablespoons Buffalo wings hot sauce

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Dipping Sauce

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray.

  2. STEP 2

    Place chicken wings into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes. Drain fat.

  3. STEP 3

    Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add chipotle peppers with adobo sauce and Buffalo wings hot sauce; stir. Cook until small bubbles begin to form on surface. Continue cooking, stirring often, 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in lime juice. Strain sauce to remove chipotle peppers. Pour over wings; toss to coat. Bake 5-10 minutes or until wings are crispy and no longer pink inside.

  4. STEP 4

    Combine all dipping sauce ingredients in bowl; stir to combine.
