Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes

3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half, warmed

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place into 4 quart saucepan; cover with cold water. Add salt; bring potatoes to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork.

  2. STEP 2

    Drain potatoes. Add butter, garlic and parsley; mash potatoes. Add half & half, continue to mash until potatoes reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
