2 cups salted whole cashews

2 cups salted peanuts

2 cups salted roasted almonds

1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in bowl. Spread onto 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set bowl aside. Bake, stirring halfway through, 12-15 minutes or until cashews just begin to turn golden brown.

  3. STEP 3

    Remove from oven. Place nut mixture into bowl; toss with Parmesan cheese. Cool completely.

Tip #1

Substitute 6 cups of your favorite salted nuts.
