Lemon-Buttered Baby Vegetables
 

Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) package frozen baby vegetable blend  

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Light Butter with Canola Oil

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt

Pepper

 *Substitute 1 (1-pound) package (5 cups) cut-up fresh vegetables and 1/4 cup water.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook vegetables in 2-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain. Add Light Butter with Canola Oil, horseradish and lemon juice.

  2. STEP 2

    Cook over low heat 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
