Lunchtime Egg Salad Sandwich

4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, hard-cooked, peeled, cooled, chopped

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper


4 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

8 slices sandwich bread

Lettuce leaves, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all spread ingredients in bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time or up to 2 days.

  2. STEP 2

    Spread butter evenly onto 1 side of each bread slice.

  3. STEP 3

    Place lettuce leaves onto buttered-side of 4 slices bread, if desired. Top with 1/4 cup spread mixture and 1 slice bread, buttered-side down.
