6 ounces uncooked dried spaghetti, broken into thirds
14 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups small broccoli florets
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, chopped
How to make
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm.
Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 9-11 minutes or until chicken pieces are golden brown and cooked through. Add broccoli and mushrooms; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
Stir in flour; cook 2-3 minutes. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until mixture is combined. Add cheese; cook 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked spaghetti. Serve immediately.
