Turkey Pesto Ciabatta


1 (16-ounce) loaf ciabatta bread, sliced horizontally

1/2 cup prepared pesto

1 cup spinach leaves, washed, trimmed, loosely packed

12 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey

10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread cut sides of bread evenly with pesto.

  2. STEP 2

    Top bottom half of bread with even layer of spinach. Add turkey, Italian Blend slices and tomato slices. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into 6 equal sandwiches.
