Glazed Sesame Chicken Party Sandwiches
Satisfyingly savory, yet slightly tangy and sweet, these bahn mi-inspired chicken sandwiches come out of the oven ready to feed a crowd.

Ingredients
Sandwiches
12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
6 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
14 cup shredded carrot
Sliced fresh jalapeño peppers, if desired
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® White Deli American, cut into quarters
Sauce
12 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
12 teaspoon ground ginger
12 teaspoon onion powder
12 teaspoon sesame seeds
14 cup chopped fresh cilantro
How to make

STEP 1
Slice rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves of rolls into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Divide chicken evenly among bottom halves of rolls. Top each with carrot, jalapeños, if desired, 2 quarters cheese and top halves of rolls.

Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pour sauce over sandwiches. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

Heat oven to 375°F.

Bake covered 10 minutes. Uncover; continue baking 10-15 minutes or until tops begin to brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve immediately.
