8 (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter Balls, divided

2 cups hash brown potatoes, divided

Salt, as desired

Pepper, as desired

4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese, divided

4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, divided

4 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed, divided

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    To build each taco, melt 2 Butter Balls in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup potatoes; spread out in thin layer to about 5-inch diameter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese.

  2. STEP 2

    Create circle in center of potato mixture; crack 1 egg into skillet. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper. Break egg yolk; cover pan. Cook 3-4 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and egg is cooked through.

  3. STEP 3

    Fill warm tortilla with egg and potatoes. Repeat to make 4 tacos total. Serve with desired toppings.

Tip #1

Top your tacos with additional proteins such as diced ham, crumbled cooked sausage or bacon or black beans, then add even more flavor with hot pepper sauce, sour cream, fresh cilantro and/or lime wedges.
