Ingredients
Crust
2 12 cups (300 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup Land O Lakes® Salted Butter, cold, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
6 to 8 tablespoons ice water
Filling
2 12 cups Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1 teaspoon kosher salt
12 teaspoon pepper
12 teaspoon smoked paprika
6 ounces (1 12 cups) thick-cut ham, chopped
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese Chunk, shredded
4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese Chunk, shredded
How to make
-
STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
-
STEP 2
Combine flour and salt in food processor bowl; pulse to combine. Add butter; pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add ice water, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, pulsing between each addition until dough clumps and holds together when pinched. Press dough evenly into 15x10-inch sheet pan; bake 25-27 minutes or until edges and top are beginning to brown.
-
STEP 3
Whisk eggs, half & half, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and smoked paprika in large bowl until well combined; stir in green onions.
-
STEP 4
Sprinkle ham and cheeses evenly over par-baked crust. Set pan containing crust onto larger rimmed baking sheet; carefully pour egg mixture over ham and cheese. (Quiche will be very full; be careful putting it into oven.) Bake 28-30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool at least 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional green onions, as desired.
