Ingredients

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

3 cups (12 ounces) Mississippi Pot Roast

12 Land O Lakes® Pepper Jack Cheese Cracker Cuts

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

Slice rolls in half horizontally, leaving rolls connected. Place bottom half of rolls, cut side up, into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top evenly with pot roast; place 1 Cracker Cut onto each roll. Place top half of rolls over cheese.

  3. STEP 3

Combine melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl; brush evenly over rolls.

  4. STEP 4

Cover baking dish tightly with nonstick aluminum foil. Bake 25-30 minutes or until beef is hot and cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Tip #1

Don’t have nonstick foil? Cover the sandwiches with parchment paper, then tightly wrap with foil before baking.

Tip #2

Use any of your favorite Land O Lakes® Cracker Cut varieties in these sandwiches!

Tip #3

Save leftover juice from your pot roast to make an au jus dipping sauce for your sliders.
