6 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried cavatappi (corkscrew) pasta
16 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend, cut into quarters
1 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
Combine cheese, half & half, garlic and nutmeg in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add macaroni, chicken and broccoli; mix well. Continue cooking 4-6 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
