Learn How it Works...
Crust
3 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping
1 cup white baking chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending ends over pan; grease foil.
STEP 2
Combine oats and butter in bowl; mix until well coated. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt; mix well. Press oat mixture firmly onto foil.
STEP 3
Bake 12-16 minutes or until light golden brown. Sprinkle with chips. Let stand 2-3 minutes until softened. Spread chips over bar with metal spatula or knife for marbled effect. Sprinkle with nuts.
STEP 4
Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours or until chocolate is set. Lift bars from pan, using ends of foil. Carefully peel off foil; cut into bars. Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid.
