Ingredients

1 loaf
French bread, cut in half horizontally
1 (5-ounce) container
roasted red pepper hummus
1 (7-ounce) jar
roasted red peppers, drained, patted dry

fresh basil leaves
1 pound
sliced deli turkey breast
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American

cucumber slices

Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Spread bottom of each bread half with hummus.
  2. To assemble sandwiches, layer bottom half of bread evenly with red peppers, 8 basil leaves, turkey and cheese. Top with cucumber slices, Roma tomato slices, remaining basil leaves and top half of bread. Cut into 8 sandwiches.
