1 (5-ounce) container roasted red pepper hummus
1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained, patted dry
20 fresh basil leaves
1 pound sliced deli turkey breast
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
15 cucumber slices
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Spread bottom of each bread half with hummus.
Layer bottom half of bread evenly with red peppers, 8 basil leaves, turkey and cheese. Top with cucumber slices, Roma tomato slices, remaining basil leaves and top half of bread. Cut into 8 sandwiches.
