2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 (8-ounce) package (2 cups) sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in green onions and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Stir in flour. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring constantly. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
Combine parsley, half & half and pepper in bowl; stir into mushroom mixture. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Serve sauce over buttered noodles and/or chicken.
