Kids will love making and eating these peanut and caramel coated marshmallow candies.

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
36 large marshmallows
1 1/4 cups finely chopped peanuts
1/3 cup mulit-colored candy sprinkles
Gel decorating icing
Combine brown sugar, half & half and butter in 1-quart heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Continue boiling 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine peanuts and candy sprinkles in small bowl. Insert toothpick into one end of each marshmallow.
Partially dip each marshmallow in butter caramel mixture; roll in peanut mixture. Place onto waxed paper. Let stand 1 hour. Remove toothpick; decorate uncoated top as desired.
