Tip #1

A pastry blender is made of 4 or 6 parallel U-shaped steel wires, both ends of which are attached to a handle. It is used to evenly distribute pieces of butter into flour. For more information about using a pastry blender go to pastry blender .

We added a half cup of blueberries to the recipe & it was great At our altitude we also had to increase our cooking time by about 10 minutes to get a crumbly topping not just a soggy one
