1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add all remaining ingredients. Beat at low speed until well mixed.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten balls in criss-cross pattern with fork. Bake 5-6 minutes or until light golden brown.
