Ingredients

1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup
peanut butter
1
egg
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla
1 1/2 cups
all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon
baking soda
1/4 teaspoon
salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. 
  2. Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add all remaining ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
  3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten balls in criss-cross pattern with fork. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until light golden brown.

To my way of thinking "All Cookies are good with Ice Cream" but you really should try this recipe with Chocolate Chip ice cream. The flavor is melt in your mouth over the top "GREAT"
