2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/3 cup milk
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
Butter Pecan Frosting
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
*Substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all bar ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Pour batter into greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 25-35 minutes or until bar springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely.
Combine powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, gradually adding enough milk and scraping bowl often, until desired spreading consistency. Stir in pecans. Frost cooled bars. Cut into bars.
