3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, separated
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Honey Butter Spread, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest

Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, sweetened, whipped, if desired
Fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries,strawberries, raspberries, etc.), thawed
Heat waffle iron to medium-high heat.
Beat egg yolks using whisk in bowl until light yellow color. Stir in all remaining waffle ingredients except egg whites just until moistened.
Beat egg whites in bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form. Gently stir beaten egg whites into waffle mixture. Bake according to waffle iron directions or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve waffles with Honey Butter Spread, syrup, whipped cream, if desired, or fresh fruit.
