Peppered Lemon Chicken Pasta

8 ounces uncooked dried spaghetti or linguine, broken in half

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter  

1 pound chicken stir-fry meat  

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

3/4 cup sliced green onions

 *Substitute Land O Lakes® Salted Butter. **Substitute 1 pound cut-up chicken or fresh uncooked, peeled shrimp.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Keep warm.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, 6-8 minutes or until chicken is golden brown. Stir in lemon juice, salt and ground red pepper. Add cooked spaghetti to chicken mixture; toss to coat. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in green onions.
