Ingredients

Dressing

1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Half & Half
4 teaspoons
white vinegar*
4 teaspoons
sugar
1 tablespoon
chopped fresh chives

Salad

5 ounces (5 cups)
salad greens (spring mix, chopped romaine, etc.)
1 medium
cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced
 
*Substitute balsamic vinegar, omitting chopped chives.

Directions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in bowl. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate 30 minutes to chill and blend flavors.
  2. Place salad greens and cucumber onto individual salad plates. Serve with dressing.

This recipe is very good. The only thing I will be changing when I make it again is cutting the liquids slightly. The dressing was a alittle runny.
