1 1/2 cups water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pound fresh green beans
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Light Butter with Canola Oil
2 tablespoons slivered almonds or pine nuts, toasted
2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest or strips
Bring water and salt to a full boil in 10-inch skillet; add green beans. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes or until green beans are crisply tender. Drain; return green beans to skillet.
Add all remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
To toast almonds, spread evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F, stirring once, for 4 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
