8 slices Vienna or Italian bread

1/2 cup chutney

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese

8 (1-ounce) slices deli ham

1 to 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon chutney.

  2. STEP 2

    To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, chutney-side up, with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham and 1 slice cheese. Top with 1 slice bread, chutney-side down. Lightly brush butter on top and bottom of each sandwich.

  3. STEP 3

    Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
